1. Before fulfillment begins

You may cancel any one-time order for a full refund before our team has started work. Contact contact@searchbrilliance.com from the email on the order.

2. Work in progress

Once outreach, writing, or technical work has begun, that portion of the order is non-refundable because specialist time has already been spent.

3. Delivery issues

If a deliverable materially fails to meet the specification on the service page, we will revise it at no charge or, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund for the affected line item.

4. Retainers & Grow packs

Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already billed are not prorated.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly.
